Young Hearts volunteers have a heart for helping
and are at the core of our success!
With the support and dedication of our volunteers, we are able to conduct lessons and a wide variety of events and activities for individuals and their families. Come and join us as we actively serve and promote positive change in our community. If you have other skills and talents to offer us, let us know. We are always open to new ideas!​​
Common Volunteer Activities:

Provide general horse care (feeding, watering, grooming)

Greet and prepare riders for their lesson

Get horses ready for lessons by grooming and tacking

Barn chores (sweeping, caring for tack, cleaning)

Field chores (pick-up, watering)

Horse Leader or Side Walker for riders during lessons (requires training)

Assist with special events and activities
